With so many health and human service organizations out there, it gets difficult to pinpoint exactly which one will best meet your needs, especially during a crisis situation. United Way Fox Cities 2-1-1 prints two directories (updated yearly) that can help in making these services more accessible. These books can be directly requested for your service/agency for a nominal fee. 2-1-1 also provides a free "Help for Hard Times" booklet, numerous brochures and information on local services and alternative resources existing outside the Fox Cities. Because we are a service for the community, our promotional materials are made available for public distribution. Community Services Directory for the Fox Cities
This is a comprehensive, up-to-date reference manual which lists nearly 900 different non-profits, encompassing health and human service programs, county and city services, support groups and more. (Cost: $10)Community Clubs and Groups Directory: This is a listing of over 200 local groups whose members meet to address their common interests. These groups include civic and social groups, special interest clubs, professional, recreational and environmental groups. (Cost: $5)
Resource Materials
Resource materials are displayed in visible locations throughout the Fox Cities. We also provide our materials as requested to other non-profit, and community service organizations who use our materials to connect the people they help to appropriate services, or Information & Referral. United Way Fox Cities 2-1-1 brochures in PDF format are now available in English, Spanish and Hmong languages.
