"A couple of older ladies came in to meet with me for energy assistance. After they sat down, they stated that they found out about our program through 2-1-1. After they left, I contacted 2-1-1 to inform them that the ladies that they referred to Energy Services applied for and received assistance. I also relayed that the ladies were grateful that 2-1-1 was available as a resource to help them with their needs. We have told the staff at 2-1-1 to contact us with any other callers who are in need of energy services assistance."
